Service levels, features, and prices may vary by rate plan and are subject to change without notice. For plans with no speed cap the average download speed is 3Mbps to 6Mbps, with bursts up to 10 Mbps. A $10 per GB overage fee will be charged for each GB over applicable plan allowances each month.

On most CLEAR plans, a 2-year service agreement is required and an Early Termination Fee for most rate plans is $120. Early termination fees for 4G + Mobile Internet is $200.
